The Name I Love: Himekaji

Hi, gals! ♡ I’ve been wanting to do a hairstyles blog post since the one I did in the past with the inspiration I found in Larme magazine.

As you may know, I’m really bad at hairstyles so I just keep practising and trying to get better at it. I don’t have much hair and it’s really thin, so most Gyaru hairstyles are pretty complicated for me, and even more if I don’t have extenssions. That’s why I’ve been looking around for things that could work for this type for hair and ta-dah! Here you have another 5 easy himekaji hair styles! I’ll leave here all the breakdowns of the looks as well.

Hi, gals! ♡ Week six of the Himekaji Coordinate Challenge already! This took me longer than I thought haha. Some weeks I was just feeling well, other I just forgot this existed. But here it is! The prompt for this week is:
The color I chose for this prompt was mauve, which surprisingly I have! I don’t like weating cold colors in general so I don’t have much clothes like that. Plus my wardrobe has a really specific color palette so after thinking for a while I remembered I have these pieces I don’t regularly wear and they’re both mauve!

Sweater: Ank Rouge

Cutie Cherry Pie Skirt: Ank Rouge

Shoes: Princess Melody

Funny thing I got that skirt because I’m collecting the Cutie Cherry Pie print but that color was definitely not one of my favorites.  But I also have the black version in a skirt and JSK which I love! And now that I’ve notice this color is not that bad I think I’ll get the JSK in mauve as well because I found it casually not so long ago and it was pretty cheap.

The shoes are from Princess Melody (I swear I thoguth they were from Ank Rouge as well!), but at this point, sometimes I just can’t tell which brand is each thing. I can tell by the print but more general items are really hard for me.

And the fuwa fuwa sweater is from Ank Rouge. I got it last year and showed them on the haul I posted on my Youtube channel but it wasn’t until now I had the opportunity to wear it. I’m not a fan of the quality of that sweater to be honest.  Since it’s brand I expected more but it’s super synthetic so I have to be sure to wear it with a full cotton tee underneath. But well, it was extremely cheap so I can’t complain.

And this was my makeup! Isn’t it cute?   I’ve actually updated a little bit my makeup again. YES. I’m wearing the third pair of lenses I got from AliExpress and I just noticed they’re really similar to the Candy Magic 1-day I got before and I’m so happy! Because I only have 1 pair left of those.   I’ve also changed my lower lashes and I toned down the shadows. I think these way my makeup looks more polished and that’s good.  I made this look with Yaya. We got together last weekend to dress up and share some drinks and it was so fun! 🍻 I just adore her. I recommend you to check her looks. She’s the best!  And that was it for today. Hope you liked the code and during this week I’ll be sharing the rest of the magazines I got. I already scanned the last Happie Nuts! Yay!  I also have to do a couple of CLs reviews. Jiji.
Hi, gals! Since last year aprox I’ve been building my wardrobe with my fav Ank Rouge prints (cherries and strawberries). I like them on Liz Lisa too, but there’s somthing about Ank Rouge prints that make them look so fresh and cute! So with that in mind, I started to get their catalogues to trace the items I wanted to get and inspire myself to make more co*des! And following that today I share with you the Candy Shop Girl Collection ~ One of my very favorite ones! ♡ Hey, gals! How was your weekend? ♡ I think this is the first time I make a post with no Gyaru makeup ( 〃▽〃) but I missed blogging casually so who cares? After a long week full of work I’m motivated to write.  The past two weeks have been super busy and crazy here but finally everything is going back to normal and I have more time to create content again. I was missing Insta and my blog so much! I also had some videos I wanted to edit but I had to wait for that. Until today! (or tonight). Last weekend I attended the cutest event ever organized by Himekaji Girls, our small community of… Himekaji girls. ( ̄▽ ̄)/ It’s not the first time we have an event like this, I think it’s the fourth but it was my first time joining them because I’m unlucky and I missed the other ones. For this time the theme was a Fairytale Forest so we were suposed to dress for that. And that was a huge challenge for me because I don’t know that much about the theme and I live surrounded by buildings. But at the end I had a super good idea. There’s a forest I know which looks out of a fairytale that I really want to go. One that is on the other side of the world. So I decided to dress up as if I was going to take the cutest pictures there. (´,,•ω•,,)♡ Going back to the Himekaji Weekly Coordinate Challenge, and taking a break from work because today I stayed working until 8 pm and I just tired af, I’m sharing with you my fouth Himekaji co*de that I had no idea how to put together so I did it the best I could.

So I don’t have a secret hobby. You can see on my Facebook profile my hobbies are: Eating, Napping, Blogging and Dancing. So first I thought about doing some kind of ballerina look, but I don’t have nothing like that. My second option was a strawberry dessert co*de because I like eating, but desserts are not my favorite things to eat. So at the end I just went with blogging and decide to blog about that.

Week three of the Himekaji Coordinate Challenge and this time the we had to do a co*de using a dark color palette so once I read that I was like: This is my moment! I don’t usually wear black for Himekaji but I LOVE black, it’s my favorite color and I have tones of black clothes I haven’t been wearing so this was the perfect opportunity.
Hi, Gals! ♡ With our cute Himekaji community we’re doing a 7 weeks themed challenge for put together different Himekaji looks. So from now on I’ll be sharing lovely looks I’m super excited to do. So for this first week the theme is:   Hi, Gals! I was thinking a lot about doing or not this blogpost because I didn’t want to be boring, but you know what? I’m doing it anyways. I’m excited for how my gal life is going recently and I’ve been doing many Gyaru things behind the scenes that I enjoy A LOT, so hello! How are you doing? ♡   Happy GALentines day everyone! Hope you had an amazing and safe day at home with your love ones. (•ө•)♡ I stayed at home like always but celebrating and treating myself with delicious food with my family. For me Valentine’s day is an extra special day because the day before is my parent’s anniversary so we usually celebrate both days with a lot of food and gifts for them. But tbh I miss the times when I was a child and my father would give me presents for Valentines too. Lol. But this year was special because we were preparing everything the whole week and I also have an special one I wanted to send presents and thanks god everything arrived in time! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)ﻭ So my plan was a success! But I also got some cute stuff.

I know, I know that when we talk about Himekaji, the first thing we think about is floral prints, dresses an sukepans. However, the style has had many trends during the years and after following many of them, I think I’ve decided which ones are my favourites and the ones I wear the most.

1. Floral Dresses

I’ve always prefered JKSs over OPs because of versatile they are, but even if I began Himekaji loving plain colors, after some years I fell in love with prints, but not all of them. There are many kind of floral prints in Himekaji but for me the best ones are the old-school ones.  2009 – 2012 floral prints from Liz Lisa and Dear my Love (DreamV) were not just the prettiest ones, but also the most iconic in Himekaji. Once I talk about the oldschool style, this is the first thing that comes to my mind.
